About Community Bridge, Inc. Community Bridge, Inc., was authorized as a
charitable nonprofit corporation in December 2005 by the state of The mission of Community Bridge, Inc. is to promote
healthy child, adult, and family outcomes by employing a strengths-based, culturally
competent, evidence-based approach to developing, implementing, and
evaluating programs, materials, and services that build capacity within
communities to enhance the functioning of individuals and families from
diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our core values are the principles
that both underlie and guide the development of each of * Respect… We respect the power of children and families to be community
leaders and agents of change. We
respect the unique talents, challenges, and perspectives of individuals, and
we view these differences as strengths rather than as deficits. * Interdependence… We believe that individuals, families, communities,
and community partners are mutually dependent on one another, and have shared
sources of conflict and overlapping interests. As such, all stakeholders can reach their
individual and collective goals by working harmoniously with one
another. * Collaboration… We believe that partnering with children, families, and
communities assures that every stakeholder has a voice in the process of
improving communities, and that the voices of children and families are
uniquely valuable in this process. * Accountability… We
believe that we are accountable to those we serve (children, families, and
communities), to our supporters and other stakeholders, and to one
another. We believe that families,
communities, and other stakeholders should have only the highest quality
information, tools, and services at their disposal, and we challenge one
another to be leaders and innovators in the services we provide. What we do The mission of Community Bridge, Inc. is
